MCS Group is currently working alongside an award-winning digital learning company specialising in the design and delivery of e-learning content, learning management platforms, and learning consultancy to recruit a Business Development Manager (eLearning). The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK with agreed visits to Belfast HQ.
The organisation has a growing client base across the UK, Ireland and further afield and have recently further enhanced their content and learning platforms offering through the addition of a number of innovative solutions.
As a result, they have identified an opportunity for a sales and business development team member to join the team as they look to grow sales in line with their business growth strategy.
The successful candidate will focus on delivery against a personal sales target, working primarily in the GB Market identifying and closing business opportunities of scale that will help grow the company now and into the future.
Reporting to the Sales Lead, this key strategic role would suit a high performer will a strong background of sales achievement, ideally involving the sale of learning solutions or platforms. Understanding and experience of successfully selling custom eLearning content is a distinct advantage.
In addition to an attractive base salary with bonus structure, you will have the ability to make a telling personal contribution in a supportive and collaborative sales culture with an excellent client reference list.
