Key responsabilities:
- Assist with business process improvements and acquisition strategy development hand-in-hand across multiple workstreams. Support in the review and optimization of asset management processes; contribute to documentation updates of key policies.
- Help formulate acquisition strategies, support stakeholder engagement initiatives, collect system requirements through teamwork and facilitate sessions for requirement gathering.
- Create customer journey maps, data dictionaries, and capability analyses as needed.
