What will you do in this role? - Reporting to the CEO, you are comfortable in a integrator role and are inspired and engaged in helping a small business grow at every level. This position is an integral part of the leadership team. - Reach out to existing clients (HR departments) to ensure our data integrations meet and exceed their business expectations. - Frontpoint customer service. Answering and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner which supports company core values - Support the CEO in day to day opperations - Introduce relevant and essential information to new or existing customers - Investigating and resolving customer queries and technical issues promptly - Communicating clearly and earning the trust of both your teammates and customers - Provide bookkeeping and admninistrative support: accounts receivable, account payable - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business processes that meets your client’s expectations in a philosophy of continued improvement
Essential Skills and Experience - A College degree or CEGEP in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Management, or relevant business experience. - Client service experience in any field - Strong technology and business acumen. - Ability to manage multiple accounts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Possess a high level of initiative for self-reliant action. - Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and attention to detail. - Self-aware, motivated, coachable, ability to collaborate with all team members.
Nice to have - Experience with HR or Finance data integrations. - Experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce. - Experience writing and managing contracts. - Knowledge of other languages such as french, dutch, arabic or spanish
