As a Senior Lead Property Technology Services, Service Delivery , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Property Technology Services team reporting to the Director Property Technology Services, Service Delivery, you will support sourcing and governance of technology partners who form Hilton’s hotel infrastructure supply chain.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Liaise with Hilton’s supply chain OEMs, service providers, and Hilton business teams to ensure defined workflows exist for reporting, escalation, and adherence to Hilton standards.
  • Manage program launch and decommission projects as initiatives merit.
  • Provide oversight for vendor and project activities, including controls and measures to ensure achievement of objectives and compliance with company and department procedures.
  • Provide analytics on performance of strategic suppliers.
  • Participate in the identification, negotiations, and administration of Hilton hotel supply chain providers.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Work with partners and clients to ensure strategic agreement with business and technology objectives.
  • Ensure vendor resource staffing meets the needs of all Property Technology Services initiatives.
  • Provide direction to vendors in the performance of their duties.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Leveraging effective partnerships with hotel management, vendors, internal constituents, and other departments to accomplish objectives.
  • Defining requirements for training and documentation needed by Property Technology service providers to support operations.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in technology or a related field
  • Experience with client / server architecture and terminology
  • Experience with network technology and terminology
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365 tools
  • Requires travel from time to time, (approx. 15%)

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Ten (10)+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Two (2)+ years of professional experience in Hospitality or a related field
  • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Technology Services
  • Background in supply chain management
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Experience with Automation tools
