How You Will be Compensated:

  • $28.85/hr-$38/hr DOE

W hat You Will Do:

  • We start all new Account Managers in our flexible and customizable training program. We adjust all training and timelines to accommodate your learning style and pace
  • You will be supported in building relationships and retaining accounts through timely and accurate communication surrounding coverage, policy changes, policy & audit review, proofs of insurance, billing, etc.
  • You will be accountable for all aspects of the renewal process including:
    • Partnering with the Risk Advisor (Producer), Marketing Dept and Underwriters
    • Assessing quotes for accuracy
    • Presenting and binding
  • You will collaborate with Risk Advisors, Supervisors, Colleagues, and Clients to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • You will educate clients on insurance related matters, including policy terms and coverage limits
  • You will effectively document your work in our agency system Epic

Your Qualifications:

  • Current Property & Casualty License
  • 5+ years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Applied Epic preferred
