As a Senior Payroll Specialist working hybrid in Guadalajara Jalisco, México, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

This position is to support the proper performance of the payroll core activities, such as: Voluntary and non-voluntary terminations paychecks calculations, upload/capture payroll requests, managing local payroll tax calculation-payment, saving fund loans, local payroll tasks, back up of Benefits process as: restaurant and grocery coupons monthly requests, follow up and resolution of any kind of discrepancies on these benefits. Address, validation, and resolution on Payroll incidences through ticketing tool. Assists in testing process to payroll system changes.

You'll report to the Payroll Manager.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Upload payroll incidences, validate payroll taxes and validate Fonacot Loans to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery,
  • Voluntary and non-voluntary terminations paychecks calculations
  • Reconcile and process Local Payroll Tax and process Savings Fund Loans
  • Load, reconcile and payment of Fonacot Loans
  • Escalates payroll and system issues as appropriate.
  • Delivery documents required to the Government Institutions as: FONACOT/ IMSS / INFONAVIT/ Secretaria de Finanzas

What You Bring To The Role

  • Begin bachelor’s degree or Unfinished bachelor’s degree related to administrative areas.
  • Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Payroll/HC
  • English skills
  • Excel (Intermédiate)
  • Delivers consistent, high-quality customer service.
