Position Overview**

As a part of our New Frontiers -Private Cloud vertical, you’ll work alongside the brightest and diverse minds. As a Lead Solutions Architect Infrastructure, you will work to lead efforts to architect, cost and implement infrastructure solutions for Circana’ s Liquid Data Platform focusing on Private Cloud client implementations. Guide the teams working on the projects and provide thought leadership on infrastructure architecture roadmap. Engage with clients at all levels and support Circana client teams in developing and delivering proposals. **

Responsibilities**

  • Lead solution architecture definition for the Circana Liquid Data Private Cloud platform and execute implementation in cloud and data center environments for client and Circana projects
  • Develop complete infrastructure solutions for Circana’ s Circana Liquid Data platform to be implemented for clients
  • Support client teams’ pre-sales efforts to create and present proposals including pricing
  • Guide and execute the implementation of client-specific solutions, directing Circana and client teams to ensure timely and operationally ready delivery
  • Engage client leadership, keep them informed on solution implementation status; present options, alternatives, and impact to help them make decisions when needed
  • Guide cross-organizational team’s planning to ensure solution requirements and implementation process are properly accounted for and tracked
  • Ensure Circana and client technical resources understand their implementation tasks and have required skills and knowledge
  • Provide expert-level guidance to development and implementation teams on every level of the solution architecture – Security, Visualization, Middleware, Database, Modeling, and the entire Data stream
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant components of infrastructure, industry trends, vendor offerings and cost; and educate the team to ensure smooth introduction of new technology
  • Effectively balance multiple aspects of the role – client engagement, solution definition, implementation support and architecture thought-leadership – by developing team members, delegating tasks, and involving other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Expertise and experience designing, configuring, and deploying complex IT infrastructure
  • On-prem Data Center, public and private cloud implementation experience with highly available solutions across Windows/Linux servers, applications, and storage (NAS, SAN and HSM) including network and security requirements, encryption, and certificate authority services
  • Experience developing infrastructure solutions for Big Data, database, Hadoop, web applications, data reference architecture in scalable web-based data analytic platforms
  • Experience with new infrastructure design methods of application performance monitoring, debugging, and tuning
  • Client engagement experience including presenting and educating technical solutions in a business context and informing and advising management on cost and operational impact of options
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and delegation skills, working across all levels of multiple organizations
  • Ability to handle detail as well as envision big-picture ideas
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • ITSM, ITIL, PM experience/knowledge a plus

This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $170k to $200k.
