We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for an Digital Coordinator to join our growing Digital team!

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1 years experience working in social media, in an agency setting or in-house
  • Strong writing skills (social media writing a plus)
  • Has worked on a content calendar for a brand(s)
  • Has done some form of social media measurement using platforms like Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.
  • Has handled community management and publishing for a brand(s) using platforms like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Good at time and project management (administratively sound)
  • Is intrinsically motivated, takes ownership of projects and follows them through to the end
  • Can stay centered and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluent in Google Workspace products
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can find relevant industry articles to share with the digital team
  • Isn’t afraid to ask questions

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience/ background knowledge of coding, software development and/or cloud computing.
  • Experience in client management
  • Experience in influencer relations
  • Experience working with a design team and an appreciation for great design
  • Experience in writing longform content

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.

If you plan on working remotely, we can accept applicants from the following states:
