Looking for a strong candidate for a FP&A role at Twin Health, to work very closely with business unit heads and
drive business results. The candidate has to be a self-enthusiast, hands-on skills and the willingness to work with
minimal direct supervision. Needs to have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with
the ability to conceptualise, present ideas and concepts clearly to senior management and peer groups. The role
reports to the India Head of Finance.
The candidate must have a CA/MBA/Masters from a premier institute and 6+yrs of post CA/MBA experience.
Needs to be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, with a good exposure to BI tools and strong problem
solving and analytical skills. The position is in Bangalore, but remote working is possible for the foreseeable
future.

Job Description
 Coordinate with functional stakeholders to develop the monthly and quarterly plans in sync with annual
budget , with rigor on bottoms-up approach
 Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of variance and communicating the same
proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable
 Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create views for creating actionable
plans. Should translate into ability to work on pricing for customers and decision support
 Create strat plan for 3 years working though busines
 Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles; translate that to forward-looking business
intelligence with credible forecasts
 Prepare scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives, views
on business drivers, present insights to senior leadership and business for their actionable
 Closely monitor the costs of the functions, tab budgets; ensure ROI is being delivered on any Opex / Capex
investment and identify cost optimisation opportunities
 Enabling the teams in achieving their deliverables through cross-functional coordination and partnering with
business
 Continuous tracking of key financials and business metrics, accurate reporting and circulating the same to
relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals
 Prepare financial information and analysis for business reviews/presentations with key highlights
 Participate and drive standardization automation projects / process efficiency
Must-Have Skills
 5-6 years CA / Post-Graduate from a reputed business school.
 Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to Senior Management and peer groups
 Strong stakeholder management, and proven track record in rapidly scaling up business
 Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
