In this role, you will support our high-tech client with webinar execution, operations, reporting, metrics & auditing. The ideal candidate is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the United States.What You Will Be Doing: - Manage execution/operations for third-party webinars - Work with speakers and vendors, set up registration pages, submit Workfront requests to upload leads & set Campaign ID, schedule replays, send ActualTech Media “Requested Contact” leads to the Business Development Review (BDR) team, update webinar tracker. - Manage execution/operations for all of the client's original webinars - Work with speakers, set up registration pages, submit Workfront requests, schedule replays, send notice to BDR team, update webinar tracker, host webinar - Manage operations for all webinar replays - Submit Workfront requests for Campaign IDs, Marketo programs, and promotions on the client's website. - Submit requests/post promotional content for the Community, SalesBulletin, and Customer / Partner Newsletters. - Pull webinar statistics from PowerBI weekly, monthly, and quarterly, updating related presentations/reports, audit webinar connections, and Paid Campaigns monthly, reporting discrepancies, and work with Marketing Operations (MOPS) to resolve.
What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of event planning, marketing, project, and webinar management experience - Experienced in Webex - You are a master juggler and can keep many items on track at the same time - You are a master of efficiency - the ideal person always looks for ways to consolidate the process, operation, and approach to make it better - You are polished and professional -- you will be the primary interface to our clients and partners, and you must exude professionalism at all times - BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar - Works proactively with minimal management participation - Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent follow-through and ability to track and communicate ROI - Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
