About the Role** :

e2f is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and profitability. This pivotal role requires a blend of market insight, networking finesse, and sales expertise to propel our company to new heights. **

Key Responsibilities** :

  • Research and capitalize on new business opportunities to bolster revenue and enhance profitability.
  • Strategize and execute new marketing initiatives to broaden our market reach.
  • Expand the value proposition for existing customers while engaging new clientele.
  • Foster and enrich relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Communicate effectively about new product offerings to potential clients.
  • Generate regular reports on sales success, identifying areas for improvement, and researching potential income streams.
  • Estimate project requirements and craft detailed timelines to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, customer expectations, public policy, and other significant market factors.
  • Identify organizational strengths and align them with customer needs to optimize business impact.
  • Draft and execute business development plans, setting clear sales targets and growth forecasts.
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients to form robust and lasting relationships.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in Sales and Marketing, with a preference for those with a background in Data Services companies.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, necessary for a wide range of interactions.
  • Proficiency in IT, including spreadsheets, and familiarity with Atlassian tools and Google Workspace.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a talent for multitasking complex initiatives.
  • Self-starter with the initiative to thrive independently, coupled with a proactive stance on problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to cultivate client relationships.
  • Proven negotiation skills and the capacity for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in crafting and executing a business development strategy.
  • High levels of self-motivation with the skill to inspire team members.
  • Adaptable and agile, ready to pivot in response to the dynamic nature of the business environment.
