Active state Pharmacist license is required, Completion of 4-week training session.
Key responsabilities:
- Review Prior Authorization cases based on clinical criteria and plan design; consult with providers, interpret clinical guideline criteria, and make coverage determinations
- Organize workload, set priorities, complete assignments timely, comply with regulations, and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Conduct duties in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws; ensure department's quality assurance and improvement standards
- Work collaboratively with internal customers, other departments displaying a strong customer service orientation and positive company image
