What You’ll Be Doing**

Are you ready for a new opportunity within Information Security for a global corporation? This may be your next position. This role for TTEC’s business segment is the information security professional responsible for overseeing and delivering information security and cybersecurity for the “Public Sector” business segment at TTEC. The Public Sector, business information security advisor (BISA) is the liaison between the internal TTEC stakeholders and the Security, Resiliency and Governance (SRG) teams which includes Security Engineering, Security Architecture, the Security Operations Teams, Resiliency teams as well as the Information Security Compliance teams. In this role, you will provide guidance on security best practices, helps conduct risk assessments, ensures security awareness training programs are effective and helps respond to security events. Additionally, the BISA will help ensure the SRG teams are meeting the expectations of the TTEC teams as well as the overall public sector business.

You'll report to the Chief Information Security Officer. **

During a Typical Day, You’ll**

  • Ensure the organization's information security program is effective and enforced across TTEC Public Sector
  • Ensure risk assessments are conducted and mitigation plans are developed and executed, and ensure security controls are implemented
  • Ensure security awareness training programs exist, are effective and also being followed
  • Assist when responding to security events
  • Report on the security posture of the TTEC Public Sector environments to SRG leadership
  • Represent SRG in security matters that are pertinent to the TTEC Public Sector business

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in information security
  • CISA or similar certification
  • FISMA Certified Professional
  • Strong understanding of security risks and threats
  • Experience with government security frameworks and standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team

The anticipated range is $150,000 to $170,000 annual salary range. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. **
