Job Description

Candidate: Individual will need to have excellent verbal communication and written skills. Teaching skills both in English and Spanish. Self-disciplined, result oriented, enthusiastic.

  • Warranty operation experience is not mandatory if English proficiency is confirmed.
  • Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Administration, Business or related) required.

Major Responsibilities

  • Warranty Training: Translate, adapt, develop, and deliver Warranty Training to the Dealer network via Adobe Connect. Includes: develop material, create exams, coordinate training, send training invitations, etc. Types of training: Warranty Webcasts, New Warranty Administrator Webinars, master’s Warranty Certification Webinars, On site Warranty training, etc.
  • Short Training Videos: Verify translation, adapt, verify voice over of video snacks. Coordinate publication in STARS/TSO/FMCDealer sites.
  • STARS Warranty Training: Verify translation, adapt, verify voice over of warranty training for STARS. Coordinate publication in STARS.
  • Warranty Policy: Revise, update, and maintain the Warranty Policy for FoM & NAEM Region. Coordinate publication of Warranty Policy Manual and new or updated Warranty Policy.
  • Warranty Coverages: Update/Maintain Global Warranty Coverage Spread sheet. Coordinate publication in Warranty site.
  • Warranty Guides: Revise Warranty Guide for Ford / Lincoln Vehicles.
