RN Health Coach – work remotely from home, 6pm-2:30am EST, including weekend rotation. $34.00/hr. plus additional shift differentials – Spanish speaking preferred. Required RN Licenses: You must be a resident of an RN Compact State, hold a RN Compact License for state of residence and additionally hold a California RN license. The Health Coach provides unbiased evidence-based health information to assist individuals telephonically with any health related concern. The primary focus is to educate and guide a caller through their health care choices in order to be a more active and informed participant in the healthcare process. The includes general symptom management and answers to urgent questions, assistance and support in managing chronic or serious medical conditions, help preparing for important discussions with an individual's doctor, and general health related information and management. - Document interactions with members in the company’s coaching technology platform to capture member interactions and outcomes for member follow-up support, tracking and reporting.

- Assist in the achievement of department and client goals by adhering to the coaching productivity and quality standards. Engage in the quality monitoring and review process to enhance clinical skills and support continuous quality improvement.

- Maintain required credentials, per state requirements, for employment and additional certification required per business need. Complete continuing education to adhere to credential requirements and enhance clinical knowledge base to support personal and professional skills development.

Bachelor Degree in Nursing or health care related program preferred
Associate Degree in health care related program or graduate from an accredited professional school or college/university required
2 years of experience in working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting or equivalent health care related experience required
2 years of experience in direct (hands-on) patient care in multiple nursing areas or disciplines such as med/surg, home health, hospice, ER, critical care, etc. preferred
2 years of experience in providing telephonic triage to patients in a setting such as ER, hospice or afterhours preferred
2 years of experience in supporting patients with chronic conditions preferred **
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations**
- Driver’s license for business travel, or other reason:
Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing; with ability to obtain and maintain multi-state
nursing licenses (where applicable), as dictated by business needs.
- Required to reside and work in a state that is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact and hold multistate privileges.
