Creative Designer (Only PRINT Experience)

At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a Print Creative Designer fluent in English fluent in English to join our production Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide. 🌍

A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

What you’ll do:

You will providing strategic guidance in both digital and print domains and create and optimizes design execution processes for different client environments to ensure optimal delivery.

Work closely with the Creative Director on strategic goals, delivering innovative and engaging creative solutions, with an emphasis on digital retouching, while leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• Highly skilled in InDesign and Photoshop production across print and digital.

• Proficiency in additional design tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.

• Thorough understanding of print production processes, including preparing files and overseeing print runs.

• Possess a strong attention for detail and is meticulous with their work

• Extensive experience in layout, final file delivery specifications for both print and digital media (social media pieces, landing pages, email design).

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, Figma.

• Create and optimizes design execution processes for different client environments to ensure optimal delivery.

• Ability to conceptualize and create innovative designs and enhanced imagery across various media platforms, with an understanding of emerging trends and technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, manage, and identify growth opportunities for a team focused on digital retouching.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within a team and promoting a positive, productive working environment.
