This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! As a Senior Manager FF&E Category Management, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the FF&E Category Management team reporting to Director, FF&E Category Management, you will manage the supply chain and program execution for Hilton’s Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) programs, with a specialization in an assigned subset of categories. **

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Nurture supplier relationships for assigned categories including vetting, performance management, business reviews, product quality, and cost efficiency
  • Liaise with HSM Project Procurement team and internal and external parties to provide supplier and program information and resolve supplier performance concerns
  • Partner with the FF&E Strategic Sourcing team on sourcing initiatives, including bidding, analysis, supplier negotiations, coordination of stakeholder reviews, award recommendations, and contracting

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Collaborate with Responsible Sourcing team to implement solutions toward Hilton’s Travel with Purpose 2030 sustainability goals and engage with suppliers to cultivate diverse opportunities
  • Foster positive partnerships with HSM teams; Brands; Architecture, Design, and Construction (AD&C); Global Design Services (GDS); and Legal

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Provide expertise to internal Hilton departments, including development of Brand Standards
  • Lead planning, coordination, and performance of product categories to advance company’s goals, while collaborating with internal and external partners

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of procurement, supply chain, and/or project management experience
  • Three (3) years of experience independently managing projects

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Design
  • CPSM, PMP, or similar certification
  • Hospitality FF&E procurement experience
