Job Description**

The Sr. D365 Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining MS D365 F&O to meet the specific requirements of the organization. This role will lead Dynamics F&O development and integration and will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of the system. **

Key Responsibilities**

• Hands-on D365 ERP Lead Applications Developer / Technical Architect supporting large-scale implementation.
• Support D365 ERP software development lifecycle
• Support all aspects of a large D365 F&O ERP implementation from code development, data migration, APIs, integration to ISVs, reports development and other technical activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, and project team members, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop, customize, and maintain MS Dynamics F&O solutions using X++ programming language and related technologies.
• Configure and extend MS Dynamics F&O functionalities, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Cash Management.
• Design and develop integrations between MS Dynamics F&O and other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Dynamics F&O functionality, data, and integrations.
• Develop and execute unit tests to validate the accuracy and integrity of customizations and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting them in utilizing MS Dynamics F&O effectively and resolving any technical issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements and new features in MS Dynamics F&O, incorporating relevant knowledge into the project implementation.
• Document technical specifications, customizations, and integrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and support future enhancements or maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting D365 ERP systems integrations, data migrations and conversions, Workflow, Reports and Extensions (WRICE).
• 10+ years of comprehensive software development experience supporting Dynamics ERP implementations
• 5+ years in D365 F&O technical design and development
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX etc.
• At least 2 End-to-End implementation experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX
• Technical development and troubleshooting skills in areas like SSRS, Workflows, deployments, alerts & email, data management, role permissions etc., in Dynamics 365 F&O
• Understanding of On-Prem and Azure deployments in D365 365 FO/FSCM/AX
• Understanding of Lifecycle Services and its capabilities
• Good Knowledge on Azure DevOps, Code Branching, Merging etc.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApps, Logic apps, EDI, ASN (Advance Shipment Notification), electronic reporting, etc.
• Working experience on large complex integration projects.
• Understanding of data structures, data entities and data models
• Exposure and Experience in Data Migration from Legacy applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Proficient development experience with Microsoft Tech Stack and D365 F&O Cloud.
• Hands on skills in Azure services (e.g. Data Factory, Data Lake, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
• Azure DevOps (ADO) proficiency.
• Self-starter, able to work independently.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
