Position Summary...
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. The User Generated Content team , as part of the larger Customer Experience team, leads the charter to build end-to-end experience for our customers to provide their feedback regarding our products, services and sellers.
We help our customers get by providing relevant, authentic, and rich user generated content that helps narrow down their choices and solidify confident purchase decisions.

Position Summary**
Product managers are the leaders who shape the vision and long term strategic positioning of the team.
As the product lead for the UGC (User Generated content) team, the expectation is to build on the vision above, create roadmaps, get the teams excited around the roadmap, communicate across stakeholders, lead the team and help execute the charter. **
