Senior Technical Project Manager

Who We Are Looking For

As a Project Manager for WebPT you will support cross-functional initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. **

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team**

• Support and/or lead cross-functional projects that impact multiple areas of the organization
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Work with leadership to create an integrated project plan and schedule to deliver projects; ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly assigned
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises/risks, and devise remediation plans accordingly
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Develop and deliver project status reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Constantly evaluate a project’s ability to meet its objectives and modify or reschedule project plans as required in alignment with leadership
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

What You Should Have To Qualify

• Strong understanding and commitment to the company vision and goals; communicates that vision effectively
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation skills
• Impeccable professional reputation with high degree of energy, integrity, and positive spirit
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal relations skills required.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external vendors.
• 5 years of project management experience with technology
• BA/BS degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

• 5-10 years of project management and technical experience
• CAPM, PMP or other project management or agile methodology certification
• Experience with healthcare technology solutions
• Experience working in a SaaS environment

During interviews, we'll discuss your qualifications and expectations, striving for a competitive and fair offer. The initial hiring range for this position is: $84,700 - $114,400.
