Collaborate with Product Development and Model E on customer experience for Vehicle Uptime and Maintenance Repair
Develop strategies for Vehicle Health aligned with business objectives
Support Product Owners' technical needs related to vehicle health
Participate in defining and implementing new Vehicle Health data elements

Your missions

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Development and Model E as an advocate for the customer experience related to Vehicle Uptime and Effortless Maintenance & Repair
Integrate with Forward Model Vehicle Programs to develop Vehicle Health strategies and targets that align with overall FCSD business objectives
Partner with Core Engineering to develop service strategies and publish requirements for future electrical architectures, components and features
Apply knowledge of vehicle system/component interaction and data elements to brainstorm new Vehicle Health capabilities
Support Product Owners and Feature Systems Engineers with technical background related to component degradation and service levels
Support efforts to define and implement new Vehicle Health data elements in future products

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Automotive, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent work experience
Strong overall vehicle technical knowledge a must +3 years experience
Strong knowledge of dealership vehicle diagnostic/repair processes a must +3 years of experience
Working knowledge of Connected Vehicle technology preferred
Working knowledge of electrical architecture and CAN-based diagnostics preferred
Working knowledge of Product Development structure/processes preferred

Strong project management skills with ability to effectively multitask and work independently
