Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgement decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for driving meaningful sales growth in Quince’s corporate gifting and promotional segment.

Responsibilities
    • Develop, manage, and grow your own book of corporate gifting and promotional clients.
    • Promote Quince to prospective and existing gifting and promotional clients through a variety of outreach opportunities.
    • Leverage existing relationships with companies and distributors to drive large volume sales and manage both existing and new project opportunities.
    • Effectively represent Quince through outstanding product knowledge and outstanding service.
    • Proactively seek opportunities for creative expansion within the segment.
    • Maintain/track your business pipeline.
Criteria
    • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work independently and competitively in a fast-paced, startup environment where not all processes are formally established.
    • Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant sales experience (corporate gifting).
    • Outside-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by results.
    • An established book of business in our target market segments.
    • Proven track record of sales growth. Experience with promotional and gifting organizations such as ASI, PPAI preferred.
    • Knowledge of print, promotional, and apparel industries preferred.
    • Excellent proactive, solution oriented, problem-solving skills and flexibility.
    • Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
