To strengthen our team we’re looking for a Application Specialist who will work from our office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

🚀 Your Role as a Application Specialist
You are responsible for supporting application design, including acoustic simulations, for global customers, mostly internal. You provide 3rd-level technical support up to the commissioning of our product portfolio.

🛠️ Your Tasks
In the role of Application Specialist you are responsible for various tasks related to the installations. Your tasks include:

• You are responsible for Application Design Support incl. acoustic simulations to our customers (mostly internal) which are based all over the world;
• You provide 3rd level technical support, mostly until commissioning on our product portfolio;
• You make IP based network designs and solve the challenges for networked system solutions;
• You will conduct system training and create the required training materials;
• You will feedback market information towards product management and/or marketing departments;
• You will work with our global teams and engineering to support the development of new products and solutions;
• You participate in tradeshows and customer events.

🎓 What You Bring:

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in acoustic designs and electro acoustic system solutions;
• You have a degree in electronics, electro acoustics, communication technologies or similar knowledge gained through experience;
• You have proven knowledge on IP networking (CCNA certified or similar), preferably in audio or AV applications;
• You are able and willing to travel internationally (approximately 15% of the time);
• You can take decisions and set the right priorities;
• You are commercially aware and outcome focused;
• You have a strong customers focus;
• You like working collaboratively as part of an international team;
• You like to share your experience and knowledge with others;
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
