We are seeking an experienced leader to grow our sales team, drive effective strategies, and elevate our brand across APAC region!

  • Actively promote our international project;
  • Develop, implement and support sales & marketing activities to expand and consolidate presence in assigned territory;
  • Lead the local team leaders who oversee Sales & Account Managers.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the team to ensure reaching of targets and KPIs;
  • Liaise with HQ, Finance and Marketing departments to ensure operations budgets and proper advertisements meet team goals and attract partners;
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed;
  • Contribute to signing up new customers;
  • Maintain and develop our relationship with key partners in the assigned territory;
  • Product presentations & networking;
  • Position the brand within the travel trade;
  • Provide market & competitive environment analysis to assist the company reach the North America territory and be part of our growth;
  • Provide comprehensive reporting.

Requirements

    • Market knowledge. Strong knowledge of the country's market and extensive networking in the B2B travel industry, including travel agencies, tour operators, host agencies, OTAs, consortiums, etc.
    • Competence in API integration and technology sales & deals, as well as an understanding of our competitors and main online booking systems.
    • Top-notch leadership skills. Successful team management experience, covering the full range from hiring and training to retaining and developing top-tier talent. Demonstrated abilities to drive and achieve exceptional performance.
    • Personal skills. You are ambitious, proactive, results-oriented and comfortable with fast-paced business environment
    • Analytical skills. You use data to back your decisions, are innovative and adept at cutting-edge technology, as well as you have experience using KPIs to track success.
    • International mindset. You are capable of understanding and working across culturally diverse environments, reflecting ETG's global presence.
    • Be your own CEO. You are capable of working autonomously with a high level of accountability.
    • Think outside-the-box. You enjoy developing and implementing solutions to unique challenges.
    • Language proficiency. You are fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
    • Business trips. You are ready to travel as up to 50% of your working hours may involve visiting customers, attending events, or meeting the team. Having your own car is crucial.
