Job description

Real Estate Appointment Setter Position (Remote)

We are Cash Offer Kentucky, a company in the Real Estate Industry that buys fixer-upper houses at a discounted price and resells them for a profit. We primarily operate in Kentucky, but we have recently expanded our operations to other states across the nation. As our business is growing, we are in need of an Appointment Setter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential sellers and setting appointments for our Acquisitions team. You will need to have excellent communication and persuasion skills to build rapport with homeowners and convince them to meet with our team.

This is a remote position, so it is crucial that you have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

  • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter or in telemarketing/sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential sellers
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
