Job Description

Assists end-users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems, and performing troubleshooting activities. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to facilitate a timely resolution. Relies on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions. Works under immediate supervision. May require an associate’s degree in a related area.

Candidate will be hired after a successful phone interview.

Spanish speaking and writing when providing custermer support via chat

Job Type: Direct Hire - Full-time

Pay: $16.00 hourly

Education: Associates degree from a four-year college or university plus 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work authorization: United States (Required)

Work Location: Denver, CO

This is a contract to hire role after 6months will be located in Denver, CO by Coors Field.
