- Be the 'Expert User' of the existing sales/workflow system
- Guide, train, and communicate efficient use of the system to the sales team
- Participate in business process discussions with customers and prospects, make product recommendations, and work closely with Sales Directors
- Lead prospect data acquisition and serve as a bridge between Sales and IT
