Job description

Our client is searching for experienced account managers who are proactive and passionate about the growth of the clients they serve and the success of the teams they manage.


If you are familiar with account management software and have a flair for client communication, we’d like to meet you.


  • Drive client satisfaction by cultivating partnerships with our clients that will turn them into ambassadors of the client
  • Manage current accounts to assure sales volume grows year after year with their experience in the pre-employment screening industry
  • Work with clients to match their products and services to fulfill their current and future hiring needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with professionalism and trust
  • Enhance current account and business opportunities by working with regional resources
  • Oversee opportunities progression and lead through opportunity pipeline reports
  • Conduct presentations to educate clients on products, services, and needs analysis for utilizing the company’s product to ultimately close sales
  • Prospect/Revenue Pipeline development
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as neede

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management and/or selling in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role
  • Experience using a CRM; Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
  • Confidentiality and work ethics
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn the fundamentals of property management and real estate businesses
  • MUST be amenable to work in US Time zone

  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
