Job Details
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Admin experience.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, service etc.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings and custom metadata etc.
- Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams.
- Develop and implement data management strategies, including data cleansing, data validation rules to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality and optimized Salesforce response time.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Experience of deployments and migrations tools (Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Force.com IDE, VScode, ANT & Copado)
- Salesforce Admin & Advance Admin certificates are preferred.
