What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience? Do you love closing the deal? In this role, you'll be working the sales team, other internal departments, and the newly engaged customer base to complete sales agreements, build the customer profiles, and engage with customers in a consultative approach to increase volume and usage of the products and services.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Working closely with the sales team and make outbound calls to businesses supporting account setups, sales agreement, and customer transactions
- Support onboarding and maintaining customer relationships
- Engage customers in a consultative manner understanding their business needs to both develop new customers and expand the usages from existing customers
What You Bring to the Role
- 1+ years experience in a sales support or business-to-business sales role
- Administrative skill with a strong emphasis in Excel
- Ability to work with multiple systems and manage data
- Goal and target driven
- Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover business challenges
- Ability to present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales processing, and appointment setting
