Barrel is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team. As a remote-first company, you may work from anywhere in the US.
The Account Manager works on managing day-to-day operations of assigned account(s). Responsibilities for this particular role will have an emphasis on project management across various phases of strategy, creative and development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a client account(s), with direction and oversight from Director
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and clients objectives are achieved
• Develop good working relationships with clients, measured by project success and client satisfaction
• Develop project briefs, review deliverables and manage client feedback for assigned projects
• Synthesize client notes into digestible, actionable feedback for the team
• Make important, relevant contributions in client and internal meetings, with a focus on generating workable conclusions
• Demonstrate curiosity and take initiative when presented with problems, helping to come up with solutions
• Provide project updates on scope, budget and timeline to client or senior team on a regular basis
• Work with project team to estimate and understand hours needed to execute against tasks
• Monitor project hours and send weekly burn reports to clients
• Develop scope documents and change orders
• Handle other duties as assigned by Director
