Test Coordinator

Currently we are looking for a Test Coordinator , who will support our team QA in defining test scenarios and running manual and automation tests. This person will play a critical role in the delivery process from clarifying requirements with the project team until running the both manual and automated tests and publishing the results.

Our team consists of manual and automation testers who work hand-to-hand with test manager. You'll be also a part of project teams working closely with analysts , front- and backend developers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Team members, plan and execute the Test Strategies
• Analyse and develop automated test cases and execute the automated regression test packages on the integrated test execution platform;
• Design, implement, execute the performance test packages;
• Create and work with technical documentation
• Improve current manual and automation practices by introducing industry best practices
• Be part of the product life cycle to gather and understand requirements for upcoming and existing feature sets to formulate test cases
• Daily cooperation with analysts, developers and project managers to test a variety of products
• Contribute to overall growth of the QA Team

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as automation tester on multiple levels of the test hierarchy (eg. integration, end-to-end, API), preferably in e-commerce
• Be able to work in a domain-driven test automation framework that is applicable to different projects
• Experience working across technical stack and understanding modern web and mobile apps
• Experience in working with Scrum/ Agile/ Waterfall, etc
• Knowledge of Selenium based automated testing
• Knowledge of SDLC/TDLC, testing methodologies and tools supporting tests like Test Rail, XRAY+ Selenium, Browser Stack, Lambdatest, CI/CD: Jenkins, Bamboo, Java-BDD Framework, REST API testing, GraphQL testing
• Good analytical skills
• Good self-organization, planning, teamwork skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Team management experience: 1-2 years (asset)
