Job Description

A Technical Writer generates the documentation as a part of the development process of various programs and automated systems, research and development, and other technical-related tasks such as user manuals for users and admins, and many others.

The main purpose of the technical writer activities is to make processes easy to understand and products a breeze to use.

Technical Writing (Proficient)

What should you bring with you?
- Works autonomously. Does coaching, reviewing and delegates work to lower level professionals.
- Produces and updates documentation on product features including user guides and help documents
- Manages and refines existing project documents
- Contributes to knowledge development
- Communicates with the development team to gather information
- Communicates complex information in the understandable form
-Analysis of the experience of documents users
- Audience analysis
- Creation of the user-centered design of the documentation
- Creation of the procedure description
-Performs the task analysis (FRD, test cases, etc.)
- Provides basic editing (beta read or document's evaluation)
- Creates diagrams and schemas
