Job description

A multinational company in Greece is looking for French-speaking telephone support for the PANDORA Jewelry. If you speak excellent French and have excellent communication skills, read below and apply now!

Duties

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and find solutions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
  • Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and attract customers

  • Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
