Our business model is fully circular. By renting out furniture we prolong its lifespan from ~5 years to more than 20, saving the environment from significant waste. Our suppliers maintain ownership of the furniture, incentivising them to continuously improve the quality. Everybody Wins!
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us expand our business.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads and initiating the sales process for our company. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and help build our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting research to identify potential customers
Executing a multi-touch strategy including LinkedIn, email and outbound calls
Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team
Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads using HubSpot CRM
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns
Providing feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences
Please note that this is a startup, and we are still evolving our GTM, processes and tools. If you’re uncomfortable with chaos, and frequent change this role is not for you. We do expect you to be a big part of shaping the future of the SDR role and how we do prospecting.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR role, with a proven track record
Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely
Self driven, focused & disciplined
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable on video calls and recorded video (e.g. Loom)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Startup experience is a plus
Familiarity with furniture & design is a plus
