Description

Fabulous Freelance Coaches are part of a wider network of coaches and facilitators who offer their coaching services part-time to members of the Fabulous app.

What Fabulous members have in common is their striving to improve their daily routines and habits. Each has their own unique story and growth areas, requiring our Coaches to cover a wide range of coaching topics. Whatever habit a member has chosen to work on, that is the focus of their session.

Sessions are scheduled on the basis of a coaching subscription, offering the coach (and the Fabulous member) the stability and depth of an ongoing coaching relationship.

All Fabulous coaches are expected to study Fabulous curriculum. Once this pre-requisite is satisfied, the Coaching Lead will certify them to work under a unified Fabulous Coaching Code, covering proficiency in the Fabulous app content, Fabulous work tools, best practices in coaching and professional excellence, ethical guidelines and ongoing learning opportunities within the network of Fabulous Coaches, for example webinars on different topics of value to Fabulous members.

Whether a Fabulous Coach specializes in relationships, leadership, trauma, nutrition or any other topic, they are welcome to join the team, provided that they meet a) the Qualifications for this post, b) can fulfill Responsibilities listed here, c) complete the Fab Coach Training Curriculum, and hold to Fabulous values throughout their work.
