Position: Operations Associate (File Monitoring & Processing)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $28/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 8–10 hours/day

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor a designated internal system for newly uploaded attachments throughout the day.
• Download and organize files into the appropriate folders within a shared Dropbox environment.
• Verify that files have been transferred correctly and are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate file organization and naming conventions.
• Escalate missing files, upload issues, or process exceptions when necessary.
• Follow documented workflows and operational procedures with high accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
• Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for extended daily coverage.
• Strong written communication skills.

Preferred

• Prior operations, administrative, data processing, or back-office experience.
