  • Review daily SLA reports, order flow data, order status reports and other MIS to monitor delivery health and address immediate risks; analyze data and generate insights to drive improvements
  • Coordinate with Design, Copywriting, and QA teams to ensure seamless handoffs; support workforce planning and build team stability and culture

At vSplash, we deliver websites at scale for thousands of small businesses every month through global partners. This delivery happens through multiple specialized teams — design, copy, SEO, QA, and website integration/development.

As Manager – Website Operations, you will own the website integration and development operations ensuring consistency, SLA adherence, and efficiency.

This role is about execution excellence at scale — strong people leadership, planning for order flow variability, escalation and priority handling, and cross-functional coordination — so projects move smoothly from development to deployment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach your team to ensure they meet their goals on SLA, quality, and team health across pods.
  • Own day-to-day delivery governance for website integration/development — order flow oversight, SLA/TAT tracking, prioritization, and smooth execution.
  • Handle escalations related to timelines, delivery risks, and integration bottlenecks, coordinating quick resolution.
    Review daily SLA reports, order flow data, order status reports and other MIS to monitor delivery health and address immediate risks.
  • Analyze data and trends to generate insights, recommend corrective actions, and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Coordinate with Design, Copywriting, and QA teams to ensure seamless handoffs and minimal rework.
  • Support workforce planning — hiring inputs, leave/shrinkage planning, workload balancing, and resource forecasting.
  • Build team stability and culture through consistent communication, recognition, skill development, and fair performance management.

Skills & Experience to Have

Must-Have

  • 8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in people leadership and delivery ownership.
  • Strong track record in SLA management, workload planning, and escalation handling.
  • Strong ability to analyze operational data (SLA, throughput, backlog, aging, rework) using spreadsheets/dashboards and convert insights into actions.
  • Comfort using operational tools such as Jira, Slack, or Salesforce.
  • Working understanding of website delivery lifecycles and integration workflows.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience leading WordPress integration/development teams at scale.
  • Experience in handling remote teams.
  • Proven experience managing Associate Managers and Team Leads in production environments.
