As an Administrative Assistant, you will support office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. Your work will involve handling correspondence, organizing documents, and assisting in management to maintain a productive workplace.
Duties
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks
* Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning as needed
* Support various departments with administrative tasks
* Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
