As a Robotics Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for robotic process planning, simulation, and offline programming (OLP) for an automotive manufacturing environment. Your work will focus on robotic cell layout planning, simulation, and tool validation to ensure efficient automation and production processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art robotic simulation tools.

Engagement Details:

• Contract Type: Permanent or B2B contract with freelancer
• Industry: Automotive Manufacturing
• Location: On-site at Gothenburg
• Start date: During spring 2025

Responsibilities:

• Develop and finalize robotic cell layouts, ensuring seamless integration into production.
• Perform robotic simulation and offline programming (OLP) for automated manufacturing processes.
• Validate robotic tools and processes using DELMIA V5 / Process Simulate.
• Optimize robotic cell workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure simulation models align with real-world production requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in robotic simulation, process planning, and OLP programming.
• Strong knowledge of robotic cell layout planning and virtual commissioning.
• Proficiency in DELMIA V5 / Process Simulate for simulation and tool validation.
• Ability to analyze and optimize robotic workflows and automation processes.
• Comfortable working in a highly automated automotive production environment.
