The opportunity


Are you a Medical Writer looking for your next role? We are looking for independent, forward-thinking professionals to join our highly talented and collaborative teams.


Leveraging your expertise, you will create impactful, high-quality scientific content in a supportive and innovative team environment. We have an opening on an oncology account with a mix of both publications and medical communications projects.


Role responsibilities


How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?


  • Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, client and competitor products, and industry regulations.
  • Create high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant content to meet client briefs across a variety of project types.
  • Participate in client meetings and onsite programs, assisting in preparation of materials, as needed.
  • Effectively manage and prioritise workload, following processes aligned with internal and client SOPs to deliver to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Contribute to the scientific content for new business opportunities/proposals, and when appropriate, participate in pitch presentations.
  • Review and data check work against source materials.
  • Contribute to project tracking and reporting using relevant tools (e.g. DataVision, Zinc, Clear), as appropriate.

  • An advanced degree in a life sciences or clinical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable medical communications/publications experience in an agency setting.
  • Ability to effectively interpret, evaluate and communicate complex scientific data in a variety of styles and formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external experts.
  • Expertise in use of online and other data sources for literature reviews and information retrieval.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and experience with graphing/referencing software (e.g. EndNote and GraphPad Prism).
