Core Duties
Reporting to the Head of Learning, the Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for the facilitation and management of leadership development for Patra’s current and aspiring leaders. You will interact with various teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, create content and facilitate delivery to support the learning needs and opportunities. This position is responsible for managing learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience. You will build on a strong foundation to uplevel and scale our existing learning programs and talent management processes, with the opportunity to be innovative and creative about how to grow our talent internally.
Core Duties By Competency
Knows the Business
Facilitate both soft skills and technical skills training through live learning activities and workshops remotely and in person as required.
Partner with business leaders and Human Resources to determine how to best support the development and career progression of Patra employees.
Manage learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience.
Manage programs for first-time managers, coordinating with admin staff on logistics, training facilitators, managing program quality.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and methods as they relate to leadership development, adult learning theory and learning technologies.
Leads Others
Be a leader, coach and mentor for all things training, learning, and development.
Champion a culture of learning and people development throughout Patra.
Contribute to development and maintenance of learning standards, templates, and best practices.
Motivated by challenges; have a positive outlook and an energy for rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever needs to be done.
Accountable
Collect metrics and communicate results. Make updates and improvements as needed.
Partner with vendors to enable solutions that drive flexibility, speed and learning innovation.
For identified needs, develop detailed design roadmaps which include key activities, timelines, and resource requirements needed to achieve objectives. Define metrics and methods for evaluating results

Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in leadership development, Human Resources, Workplace Performance, or related field preferred.
Five+ years’ experience in learning and development preferably in a corporate environment.
An exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; strong presentation skills.
Experience delivering leadership training using all available delivery modalities, including in- person instructor-led and virtual instructor-led, webinars, eCourses, blended training, etc.
Emotionally intelligent and able to build strong relationships and trust (both in person and virtually) with leaders and employees of diverse backgrounds and all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality, client-focused results on time and within budget.
Working Conditions
95% Work from home, with occasional in person visits to India offices
Ability to sit for long periods of time and flex hours to collaborate with potential direct reports and other team members in other countries.
Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No satellite
