We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Basis consultant to work independently for a proof-of-concept phase and then work more as a Tech Lead.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the structuring and standardization of all SAP Basis processes, including project standards, monitoring standards, and implementation standards.
Take ownership of S/4 HANA implementation, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Define and implement best practices for system architecture, security, and monitoring.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a strategic SAP roadmap aligned with business goals.
Act as a technical leader and mentor for the SAP Basis team, driving high standards in execution and performance.
Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and optimizations in a complex SAP landscape.
Provide expert guidance on infrastructure, cloud hosting, and SAP system integrations.
Play an active role in building and recruiting the SAP Basis team, ensuring a strong foundation for future success.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant ( minimum 10 years)
Hands -on experience in implemention of SAP Basis.
Ability to define standards of the project, monitoring standards, implementation standards.
Deep knowledge of SAP environments, particularly in architecture and database management.
Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP system issues.
Experience with S/4HANA
Familiarity with operating systems relevant to SAP (Linux, Windows).
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones.
