About the opportunity

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the design, execution, and delivery of IS solutions that support our organization's strategic objectives. You’ll be involved in various aspects of the solution lifecycle, supporting change management tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, schedule, and quality parameters. Working closely with stakeholders and collaborating teams, you’ll contribute to the development and execution of system changes. You’ll also support with any knowledge, training and documentation as part of the solution. Additionally, you'll play a role in assessing, optimizing, and enhancing existing IS solutions, aiming to improve system efficiency and user experience for your stakeholders.

This is a remote position accepting applicants based in US or Canada. This is a 6 month contract. 

Job Duties
  • Assist in the design and delivery of Information Systems solutions
  • Support the development and management of change requests and project plans
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and contribute to the translation of requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Support communication plans by providing regular status updates and assisting with risk assessments.
  • Translate business requirements into solutions requests for completion by technical administrators or engineering resources.
  • Contribute to regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to ensure quality standards, performance requirements, and business objectives are met.
  • Assist in the implementation of solution 'go live' and post-launch monitoring strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with internal customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation
  • Collaborate and engagement vendors when support is required. Stay informed about upcoming changes and new features in comparison to our plan.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • A team player who is able to manage the requests of multiple groups simultaneously
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
  • Experience using and leading change with customer and sales solutions (e.g. Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce). Certifications are a plus but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience using, managing and building reports and dashboards.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as business analyst, project manager

The base salary range for this position is $85,200 -$100,00 USD for US residents OR $81,200 - $101,500 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
