Manual QA Engineer - International Organization

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for a Manual QA engineer to work remotely full-time for an international organisation.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify and document defects.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual).
• Identify test scope and manage test requirements.
• Create and implement test artifacts such as test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
• Schedule and execute test cycles and document test results.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using appropriate tools.
• Implement test metrics and monitor overall project health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Expert in the functional testing process, including test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management.
• Experience with creating and implementing test artefacts (test plan, test strategy, etc.).
• Experience with implementing test metrics and overall project health check monitoring.
• Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
