Graphic Design Expertise: Minimum 2.5 - 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare marketing, e-learning, or corporate branding. Formal training in graphic design required. Proficiency in Design Tools: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite required (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Preferred experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Vyond. Experience with Learning & Marketing Design: Understanding of design for educational and marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and interactive content. Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: Ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility. Strong Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to navigate ambiguity, interpret feedback, and make informed design decisions to optimize user experience and engagement.
Core responsibilities:
Creative Visual Design: Develop high-quality visual design solutions, including graphics for learning and marketing materials, page layouts, interfaces, navigation components, videos, and animations. Image & Asset Creation: Convert photographs and drawings into digital images, develop icons, flowcharts, and other visual assets, and ensure all designs align with branding and style guidelines. Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams, including medical writers, marketers, and developers, to ensure design projects meet client needs and deliver maximum impact. Quality Assurance & Branding Compliance: Conduct final quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications, including font accuracy, graphic resolution, and corporate branding standards. Project Management: Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project scope, managing smaller projects independently while ensuring deadlines are met. Technology & Skill Development: Continually build expertise in various design and development tools, staying ahead of industry trends and expanding skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and other relevant platforms.
