Min 2.5 years Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Core responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming calls professionally. Manage executive email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and staff, maintaining clear communication channels. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Maintain and update calendars, ensuring executives are informed of upcoming commitments. Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access. Assist with data entry and record-keeping using CRM tools or other software as needed. Support special projects and day-to-day tasks as directed by executives. Monitor deadlines, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
