Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and enhance software products, ensuring security, stability, and compliance with platform policies.
Support the Customer Success team by troubleshooting customer issues and providing necessary fixes and patches.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end system architecture, reverse engineer and document it for cross-team reference.
Manage cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices, maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Perform regular security updates, patching, and performance optimizations for software products.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Experience with full-stack development, services, and cloud deployment.
Proficiency in GCP or AWS (expertise in at least one).
Strong understanding of full-stack development using Go, JavaScript, and React.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
Familiarity with C# for desktop applications.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
Strong Git and GitHub knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Expertise in both GCP and AWS.
Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
Familiarity with game engines such as Unity.
Experience with TestFlight.
Understanding of software installers.
Knowledge of Jenkins, BuildKite, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
Experience with Electron.
