Key responsibilities
Identify, target and secure new clients, focusing on entertainment industry sectors including TV, Film, Fashion, Music and Touring.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue and profitability targets
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
Build a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, referrals, and proactive outreach
Engage and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings to position the company as the preferred travel partner
Provide insights on market opportunities and potential business risks
Develop compelling, customised proposals and presentations for high-value prospects
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially viable and competitive agreements
Work closely with internal teams to align proposals with service capabilities
Utilise CRM systems to track sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
