Key responsabilities:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ADP's Workforce Now and UKG's Workforce Manager.

Assist with scheduling, scope, resources, and decision-making for the project.

Contribute to the successful implementation of ADP as the new ERP solution for HR and payroll.

Mentor staff to ensure successful maintenance and optimization of ADP post-implementation.

Job Description: Seeking ADP Implementation Solutions Architect or System Integrator to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME), who can serve as a trusted advisor in ADP's Workforce Now and UKG's Workforce Manager, and who can immediately contribute to the project's success. The company is replacing its current ERP solution with ADP for HR and payroll. The candidate needs to understand and provide assistance with scheduling, scope, resources, decisions that will have long-term impact, etc.

Required Sills:
• Extensive ADP implementation experience with deep knowledge of benefits, time and attendance, scheduling, payroll, leave management, and other HR business processes.
• ADP Workforce Now and UKG Workforce Manager, with an understanding of how these systems should be configured to optimally work together.
• A strong technical background, including architecture and security considerations for these tools.
• ow to create reports in Workforce Manager
• Experience coaching and mentoring staff to ensure we can successfully maintain and optimize ADP post-implementation.
